Why this order
Most times-tables books march from 1 to 12, which is the worst possible order. This one front-loads the tables that are nearly free (2, 5, 10), uses them to unlock 4 and 6, and saves 7 and 8 for when the child already knows most of those facts from the other direction.
How the pages are made
Every worksheet in this book was produced by the same generator that runs free on this site, which has two consequences worth knowing. The answer keys cannot disagree with the questions, because both come out of the same code in the same pass. And every page carries a sheet code — the same code always regenerates the same page, so a lost sheet can be reprinted to match the key you already have.
What this is not
It is not a curriculum, and it is not an assessment. It is practice, sequenced sensibly. If you want to know what your child should be able to do this year, the milestones guide is free and probably more useful to you than this book.
