Especially useful things to email about

• A wrong answer key. This should be impossible by construction, so if you find one it is a real bug and we want it badly. Include the sheet code from the top corner — that alone lets us regenerate the exact page you are looking at.
• Something that reads wrong. A milestone that misrepresents your curriculum, an explanation that confused you, a word that is British where it should be American.
• An accessibility problem. If something here does not work with your screen reader, magnifier or keyboard, that is the single most useful message we can get.
• Anything about money. There is nothing to pay for and nothing to cancel — see nothing is for sale — but if something on the site made you think otherwise, that is a bug in how we have written it and we want to know.
• Copyright. If you believe something here infringes your work, email us with enough detail to identify it and we will take it down while we look.

What we cannot do

We cannot assess your child, diagnose a difficulty, or tell you whether they need extra support. We are not qualified to and it would be irresponsible to guess from an email. Their teacher has seen hundreds of children that age and is the fastest expert you have access to; if you have already spoken to the teacher and are still worried, ask for a formal screen.

Response time

A few days, usually. This is a small operation and there is no support department behind the address.
